A taxi driver has been charged with the rape of a woman who he drove home from a festive party.
Amjal Hazraty, 37, is alleged to have carried out the offence against the 31-year-old woman into her flat in Worthing, West Sussex, during the early hours of December 21.
Hazraty, of Newhaven in East Sussex, has been charged with two offences of rape.
A Sussex Police spokesman said the woman 'was taken home to Worthing, where it is alleged the driver followed her into her flat and raped her'.
Hazraty is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court.
