A 31-year-old man has pleaded guilty to raping a 19-year-old woman in Portsmouth earlier this year.
Muhib Uddin of Newcomen Road, Portsmouth, appeared in Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday (November 10).

In court, Muhib pleaded guilty to the offence of rape.
The woman was raped on August 29 around 10pm. The 19-year-old reported that the incident happened in an alleyway off of Clarendon Road in Southsea.
Muhib has been remanded and will be sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court on December 23.
The full statement from Hampshire Constabulary reads: "A 31 year-old man has entered a guilty plea to an offence of rape at Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday 10 November after a 19-year-old woman reported that she was raped by a man in an alleyway off of Clarendon Road in Southsea at around 10pm on Saturday 29 August.
"Muhib Uddin of Newcomen Road in Portsmouth has been remanded to appear for sentencing at the same court on 23 December."
