Terror charge for Manchester man

A 24-year-old man has been charged with terrorism offences after being arrested in Manchester last month.
Abdul Rahman, from Heywood Street in Cheetham Hill, has been charged with intent to assist another to commit acts of terrorism.
He was detained by Greater Manchester Police on the 23 January with a second man, who has been freed without charge.
He is due to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on Tuesday.
