HOOK handed Muslim cleric Abu Hamza is to be extradited to the US to face terror charges, the Home Office confirmed tonight.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith signed an extradition order today but Hamza has 14 days to appeal.
If he does not lodge an appeal he will be handed over to US authorities within 28 days
