Police in Manchester have arrested two people on terrorism charges.
Amjad Mahmood, 29, and Shella Roma, 27, both of Chester Road, Werneth, Oldham, Greater Manchester were charged under Section Two of the Terrorism Act 2006.
They are suspected of distributing or circulating a terrorist publication, which directly or indirectly encourages acts of terrorism.
The pair have been bailed and will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 12 February
