Bus driver attacked with iron bar

A minibus driver was left with facial injuries after being attacked by men armed with a baseball bat and iron bar.

The 39-year-old driver of the blue Ford Transit had been attacked by the driver of a blue Range Rover on the A4 at Brunel Way, Slough, on Monday morning.
Shortly afterwards, three other men arrived at the scene in a 4X4-type vehicle. Two of them used a baseball bat and an iron bar to damage the bus.
They then assaulted the minibus driver who is now being treated in hospital.
There were no passengers on the minibus at the time of the incident.
All the men involved are described as Asian.

Det Sgt Emma Brown, of Berkshire East CID, said: "I'd like to reassure members of the public that we are currently pursuing several positive lines of enquiry in our efforts to find those responsible."

She urged witnesses to come forward.
