He then confronts the woman who is filming, shouting: 'Get that f*****g phone out of my face before I smack you one.'
Then, referring to the Polish man, he says: 'Look at you – you eat pork and you look like pork, you f*****g pig – you f*****g p***y!'
The Polish man says, 'this is racist', to which the man in the robes says, 'I called you a pork ba****d not a white ba****d'. 'Race or religion based, mate,' the man replies.
At the end of the video, the man wearing robes lashes out at the woman and spits at her.
She screams, 'don't touch me', before the camera pans to the floor and the footage ends.

It is not known exactly where the video was filmed, but it is thought to be in Peterborough

The argument is believed to have been caused by a traffic incident, as the video begins with the man wearing robes taking a photo of the Polish man's number plate.

When alerted to the footage on Twitter, the Metropolitan Police said they were 'monitoring the threat' but needed a location for the incident to be reported.

The force later tweeted that they had passed the details on to Cambridgeshire Police.
