Police refuse to enforce law forbidding public prayer in parks when Muslims break it

Muslims are given special dispensation to break the law in Britain, It is not the police on the ground, this comes from the top. When you look at Rotherham, Telford etc and wonder why it was allowed to carry on so long, maybe now we have the answer
